Launching Our Wine Club Referral Program
Our Wine Club is more than just a club, it's a family. We truly value the connections we have with our members, and we love knowing that you enjoy it so much that you want to share it with those closest to you. We're introducing our Wine Club Referral Program so we can reward you for the new members you invite into our family.
How it Works
Existing Wine Club members can refer new members to the Club simply by returning the referral card in your next Wine Club Shipment or bringing them along to taste through our wines in the tasting room. After they take three shipments, we will mail you your $100 gift card. It's that simple!
Frequently Asked Questions
Question: How will I receive my $100 after I make a referral?
Answer: Your gift card will be mailed to you after the new member has accepted three shipments, so please make sure your address is up to date.
Question: My friend said he signed up for the Club, but I haven’t received my gift card. What do I do?
Answer: The gift card won't arrive until after they have been billed for the first three shipments. If you think you should’ve received a gift card by now, contact our Wine Club manager, either by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or calling 805−239−2562 and they will be happy to help.
Question: Can I apply my gift card to my quarterly Wine Club release?
Answer: No, these can only be applied to new orders placed by phone, email, online or in the tasting room.
Question: I have multiple gift cards from referrals— can I redeem them all on one order?
Question: I have enough gift cards for a free order, so why is it showing I still need to pay $18.50?
Answer: These gift cards cannot be applied to shipping or tax, so it’s most likely charging you for one or both of those.
Question: I’ve referred friends to become members in years past. Do I get any reward for those referrals?
Answer: No, our referral program is only valid for new Club sign-ups since December 2019.
