This wine has the benefit of having our most prestigious Cabernet Sauvignon blocks as part of its blend. With aromas of Maraschino cherries and a tannic mouthfeel with notes of chocolate, cherries, leather, and tobacco, this wine pairs with rich red meats, like ribeye, prime rib, and roast beef.
The wine is deep garnet in color with the aromas dominated by masses of fruit. Floral on the nose, red fruits with vanilla oak and a hint of spice, and a delicious lingering caramel taste to finish. It’s a beautifully balanced red that pairs wonderfully with pasta and a rich sauce.
