The 2017 Limited Release Grenache has some spicy notes but with strawberry fruit in the background. We used neutral oak to allow the fruit to present itself naturally. This wine pairs well with lamb, or lighter meats, but is versatile enough to handle some richer foods as well.
Dark red fruits, with spice and pepper notes on the palate with balancing acidity. Pair with barbecued meats, lamb shanks, and roasted bell peppers.

The Reserve tier of our Estate Grown Cabernet Sauvignon is only released in years when the grapes have reached outstanding quality. We employ a very stringent selection process of vineyard blocks on which we have enhanced our growing practices. There is a further narrowing of selection during fermentation and then the final phase is individual barrel selection.
Violet and red, but slightly transparent, this is a luscious red wine to lust after. This is an intense wine that is rich and complex with tannic characteristics. It would pair perfectly with a beef or vegetable stew.
The wine is deep garnet in color with the aromas dominated by masses of fruit. Floral on the nose, red fruits with vanilla oak and a hint of spice, and a delicious lingering caramel taste to finish. It’s a beautifully balanced red that pairs wonderfully with pasta and a rich sauce.
Fully opaque, but filled with violets and deep ruby reds, this 2016 Merlot ferments for 20 months in medium toasted barrels made from new French oak heads and American oak staves.
Aromas of vanilla, cinnamon, coffee, and blackberry fruit, with a velvety tannic mouthfeel, this wine hints at dark chocolate, pepper, and berry notes.
This wine has smoky and dark fruit aromas with a gentle low- tannic mouthfeel and soft finish, highlighting on notes of cherry, coffee, and chocolate. Pair with meats like fried bacon or roast pork with a blackberry glaze.
