Paso Heritage - 2015 Chardonnay Case
Our vineyard, which was first planted in 1973, rest amid gentle rolling golden hills of Paso Robles and maintians a sustainable approach to farming. There are 715 acres of vines in the ground, with plans to continue planting in the coming years. We are a Certified California Sustainable Vineyard; our vines are carefully tended while the soil is nurtured to ensure viability and longevity. Planted in the historic Estrella District of Paso Robles, our terroir is unmatched against the vast majority of the other growing regions in the world.
This Chardonnay emits aromas of ripe, tropical fruits leading to hints of orange peel on the nose. Flavors of white peach, melded with finely balanced oak offer a palate full of delicious surprises. The wine’s mouth-feel reflects the creamy textures of great Chardonnays and, typical of our winemaker’s style, it is balanced with refreshing acidity.
